Huh, now that's interesting. I've been struggling with an art block again and as such had to really fight myself to get myself to do this page. Still, I don't think it came out too bad. Huh. I couldn't get Giovanni to look just right in the last panel. He looks better in the third and okay in the first. (Mostly just that hand holding him back there.) I can never draw Giovanni's hair line the same twice, and that's kinda annoying to me. I liked his hairline when I designed him . . . Ah well. Back to the last panel, I had to force myself to do a background instead of a tone and I'm glad I did it, even if it looks flat. Anyway, you guys can stop begging Giovanni to not change Mewtwo. He doesn't want to. He wants him as is. Heh, I guess you can say your pleading worked. (Even if he never was going to change him in the first place.) I like how the stripes in Giovanni's suit line up even when his arm is bent. Heh. If I weren't so lazy, I'd use more tones but we can see how that worked out. This comment is Giovanni heavy, huh? Hm . . . Mewtwo looked better before I inked him. I messed him up somehow. And I need more Sird practice. Blaine is just sorta . . . there. We are a few pages away from the end of the chapter. Look forward to it! |

Hey there Vye ~ gotta love holidays when BOTH of my jobs are closed! Yaay for Good Friday :D Found the time to read through to this point, and I'm impressed. I like how you're doing Mewtwo in this comic, and Blaine and Giovanni are really interesting as well.. And it's in colour? Wow. How long does it normally take you to do a colour page as opposed to grayscale? Just curious! :D |

Sammi_the_Echidna: . . . That would be one way to do it, yeah. Heh heh. Not what Giovanni had in mind though, I'm sure. BlackCatz: Yo. I wish my job was closed . . . Wal-Mart doesn't close except for Christmas. (At least at the one I work at.) Holidays and days off are nice though. I have Sunday off at least. Glad you're liking it so far! Some people don't like what I've done with Mewtwo, but I'm glad most readers like it. How long a page takes depends on the page, how many panels, how much is shown, how much dialogue there is, how much I have to clean up after my inking job . . . Generally, I'd guess that coloring a pages takes about twice as long as the grayscale, which is why Just Mewtwo is only updated once a week while Just Gotta is updated four times. Some pages are faster than others, but I'd say a Just Mewtwo pages takes about two to four hours to complete from start to finish. |

O.O Wow... I can see why you only update Just Mewtwo only once a week ~ amazing... *glomps you* ~ no way?! You work Wal-Mart? I did too during uni ~ when I graduated uni, I was sorry to turn in my uniform ;p as I made some great friends working there. |

BlackCatz: Heh, yeah. Maybe if I get better at it I'll update more, but that will probably be a while. *Been glomped* Heh, yeah, Wal-Mart is quite the place, huh? Never know what kind of people you'll encounter. I've met a lot of neat people though so I'll miss it when I quit. (Don't know when that'll be but I don't love it enough to do it forever.) DragonhandX: The one in my hometown. Heh. He should? That would be interesting . . . but I don't know for sure what purpose that'd have. So probably not. But I'll keep it in mind! |
